The Chocolate festival is a celebration of everything chocolate, and is a great opportunity to learn more about this wonderful ingredient and how it can be used in a variety of products. Chocolate is made of cocoa beans, which are the natural fruit of the cocoa tree, it is full of anti-oxidants and nutrients, and when is not processed with lots of sugar and fat, it is actually very good for you! At the event you'll be able to try it on it's on or with pancakes, cakes, ice cream, fruits and even in savory food or in a cocktail! There will also be a chocolate fountain as well as a range of demonstrations and master classes from the UK's top chocolatiers. |
