To make sure your order reaches you in perfect condition, all our chocolate is sent to you direct from its maker. It will take us a day to process your order. Most orders are delivered within 3-5 working days. International orders take between 5-10 working days. (subject to availability of ingredients) If an item is out of stock, we’ll let you know and offer you the choice to wait, choose an alternative of equal value or refund that part of your order.
To make sure your precious chocolates don’t fall into enemy hands, all orders are posted using Signed-for Delivery. Please make sure someone is at your chosen delivery address to sign for your goodies. If that’s tricky, you can arrange for your parcel to be left with a neighbour or in a secure location. (Please note, however, that in such instances we can’t be held responsible should your parcel get damaged or go AWOL). You can also request that your parcel need not be signed for. Simply email us at email@example.com and tell us your wishes.
If your parcel is sent to your nominated delivery address but returned to us marked ‘uncalled for’, we are happy to re-send them to the same address again, so long as you pay the original postage costs. Should you wish to cancel your order, that’s absolutely fine too. You’ll get a refund minus postage costs. Your statutory rights stay the same.
